You can file a claim at any of our branches, Banco Popular Dominicano S.A., Banco Múltiple or by calling Telebanco Popular, who will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate your claim to the Superintendencia de Bancos de Panamá through the Customer Banking Service portal at www.superbancos.gob.pa.
